Feels like the heel being attacked by an anvil in the morning. Wish I'd known what it was much earlier, I would've been doing the stretches and taping long ago. Oh well...at least I know now. I thought I'd bruised my heel or something. I encourage everyone to avoid this business by not wearing worn out shoes and regularly stretching your achilles tendon
